Pivot's P1 to P9       Have a point radius of 0125mm UOS.
Pivot's P13 to P45   Have highly polished 0.125mm radius at point as shown in the table below, UOS.

True Point (UK) Ltd's Standard Pivot is constructed from Brass or Nickel silver, while the tip is made of highly polished Iridium or Tungsten Carbide. The pivot is manufactured to close tolerance to enable it to give good service in its working environment. A typical application for this pivot is in scientific instruments and navigational compasses.
